Walt lets us listen to excerpts of the last hour on the air for WIND in Chicago. They left the air on December 12, 1985 after a change in ownership. They had been on the air 58 years.
Bill’s marketscope this week is CKKW, Kitchener, Ontario. We listen to a few minutes of the morning show. They play the hits of the 60’s and 70’s.
In Jeff’s featured stations segment, we first travel to Phoenix Arizona, and listen to KYOT FM. They just changed from an Old School format to a variety hits format. They are owned by Clear Channel. We then travel to Miami, Florida to listen to WFLC FM. They are owned by Cox Media and are a top 40 format known as “Hits 973.”WFLC Hits 97-3
